NSM coordinates with all NAVAIR IPT members, to identify F-18 acquisition program requirements. We coordinate preparation of Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) (including statements of work, contract data requirements and SIGMA/ERP/SAP funding documents); implement requirements and establish contracts/contract modifications. We monitor and implement program development for headquarters and field activity support of the F-18 Program actions.
