NSM provided an evaluation plan concerning the status of current and future Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve (AFRES) aircraft; an assessment of all avionics and systems upgrade and modifications; and a realistic assessment of the costs associated with not updating ANG and AFRES weapons systems.
