NSM provides technical, analytical, professional and administrative services to the Army Departmental Standardization Office in the management of the Army Standardization Program (ASP) to accomplish its mission. This includes developing proposed strategies and responses to issues and opportunities to help promote the effective management and efficient operation of the ASP. The NSM Standardization Team is unique and stands alone in its knowledge of the diversity and complexity of the Defense Standardization and Specification Program.
