NSM supports the Army's Departmental Standardization Office in the management of the Army Standardization Program (ASP) with document research, data analysis, and recommendations for responses to initiatives and inquiries having an impact on the ASP. We publicize Army Standardization in good news stories and articles, maintain a website updating information on standardization documents, and research data for assessing the procurement readiness status of documents and review international standardization agreements for conformance to acquisition policy.
