NSM provides direct support for Vocational Rehabilitation Employment & Counseling Services, a project comprised of approximately 240 separate contracts. We develop and maintain a database for use in VR&E tracking, communicate with VR&E officers in various regions as well as contractors involved, enter all funding actions performed by the COs into the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), are responsible for maintaining a complete and updated contract file, assist the CO in writing and re-constructing contract files, and track and maintain contractual specific data.
