NSM is highly experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of FMS. We have supported all areas of FMS, from initial requests through case closure. NSM conducts independent technical assessments, evaluations and analyses to determine impact on U.S. Government programs and develops logistics requirements for unique FMS operations including budgetary estimates. We prepare Pricing and Availability (P&A) data, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), support FMS program reviews and site surveys and provide technical and financial support utilizing the total program concept for FMS management.
