The Program Management Multiple Award Contract (PMMAC) – NAVAIR provides system acquisition and life cycle management support to the Program Management organizations within the Naval Aviation Community, Program Executive Offices, Naval Air Systems Command, and AIR 1.0. NSM is an approved subcontractor to Wyle Laboratories, PSI/Delex Joint Venture, Delex Systems, Quantum Dynamics, Inc. (QDI), National Technologies Associates (NTA) and Science Application International Corp (SAIC).
