Seaport – Enhanced (SEAPORT-E) is the mandatory acquisition vehicle of choice to competitively procure Engineering, Financial and Program Management contract support services for the Navy’s Virtual Systems which is comprised of NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP and SPAWAR. NSM is an approved subcontractor to Delex Systems and Wyle Laboratories on this contract.
